Questions
When do I upload my content?
Right after payment. You land on a short form: your Instagram, your photo or video and a few words about the product. We email you the link too, so you can also do it later - it stays valid for 30 days.
What if you reject my order?
You get a full refund. Every order is reviewed before anything is published, so nothing goes live that we turned down.
How fast will it go live?
Posts go out 3 times a day (11:00, 15:00 and 19:00 CET) after approval, in the next free slot. Stories run for 24 hours. Your status link shows the expected date right after payment.
What formats can I send?
Story: a photo or a video. Feed post: a photo, a carousel or a reel. Vertical video works best for Stories and Reels.
How do packs work?
One payment, 30 days. You get a panel with your credits and upload each placement when you are ready. If an upload is rejected, the credit comes back.
Will it be marked as an ad?
Yes. Every paid feature is published with your brand tag and #ad. That is the law, and it keeps your brand clean.
